How to Delete the eSIM

iPhone:

Go to Settings.

Tap Cellular or Mobile Data.

Select the added eSIM line.

At the bottom of the line, tap Remove Cellular Plan in red.

Android:

Go to Settings.

Tap Network & Internet.

Select Mobile Network.

Tap the added eSIM line.

Tap Remove SIM to delete it.

*Please delete the eSIM after you have finished using it. Some eSIMs may not be reusable once deleted, so only delete it if you are no longer using it. If you are still using it and have not been instructed by support, please do not delete it.
