For iOS:
Go to Settings → General → About → SIM Lock Status.
If it shows "No SIM Lock," the SIM lock is removed and there is no issue.
If it shows "SIM Lock Active," the SIM is locked and needs to be removed.
For Android:
Go to Settings → About Phone → Status of SIM Card and check the "Status."
If it shows "Allowed," the SIM lock is removed and there is no issue.
If it shows "Not Allowed," the SIM is locked and needs to be removed.
