In general, domestic devices cannot use international networks, so it is normal to initially see "Activating..." followed by "Activation failed." Please do not worry about this.


If you are concerned that the eSIM might activate earlier than planned, please turn off our network after seeing "Activation failed." 


Once you arrive at your destination, switch to our network and enable data roaming within the network; the eSIM should then be usable.
