"The eSIM is no longer valid"

When using a T-Mobile eSIM in the U.S.: 

The eSIM activation time is set to New York local time by 11:00 AM on the reservation date. Scanning the QR code before the scheduled time may result in the message "The eSIM is no longer valid." Please scan the QR code again after the activation time.


Check the eSIM expiration date: 

Most eSIMs need to be scanned and added to your device within 30 days of issuance. The eSIM will become invalid after this period. If you are unsure about the specific expiration date, please provide your order number and contact support.


If the issue is not resolved: 

Restarting your device or resetting the network settings may help. If the problem persists, please contact support.
