About Network Selection/Carrier

Due to local signal conditions, network stability may be uncertain. In such cases, selecting a different carrier might resolve the issue.


For iPhone:

Go to Settings → Cellular → Tap the added eSIM line → Network Selection → Turn off Automatic.


For Android:
Go to Settings → Mobile Network → Tap the added eSIM line → Carrier/Network or Automatically Select Carrier.

*If you find this option, turn off Automatic and then select a different carrier.
