About Configuration Profiles

Domestic configuration profiles may affect local signal reception and cause connection issues.


Procedure:
Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management ,and check for any configuration profiles.
If you find a domestic configuration profile, delete it and then try reconnecting.

Note:
If you delete a configuration profile, you may need to reinstall it from your carrier's official website after returning home. If you are unsure of the specific steps, please contact your carrier.

Deleting the configuration profile may also remove related emails and app data. It is recommended to use cloud services not related to domestic carriers, such as Google, for important data.Data unrelated to domestic carriers will not be deleted.
