1. After a successful purchase, please check your email. We will send the Prepaid SIM card and instructions to your address on the first business day after order confirmation.
2. Upon reaching your destination, insert the SIM card and follow the instructions provided to set it up and start using it.
Please note: This SIM card is only compatible with unlocked smartphones.
For iPhone APN Settings:
iOS systems usually set up the APN automatically. If you encounter issues with no network or if it shows a 3G network, follow these steps to set up the APN manually:
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Click and then restart your phone.
(Note: If your iOS system has saved settings for other SIM cards, you may experience conflicts when using our card. In this case, please delete the configuration files for the other SIM cards.)
For Android APN Settings:
Go to Settings > Other settings > Mobile network > Access network name.
*Delete any previous APN settings and manually enter the new APN settings.
Select "New APN" or the "+" icon in the upper right corner.After configuring the settings, save them and restart your phone.
